Hair Loss: Normal or Not?
Hair loss, a worry to us all and yet we experience it every day. You see it in the shower, on your pillow, maybe even on your clothes. The hard part is discerning between what is a normal amount of hair loss and what is an abnormal amount of hair loss. But have no fear Morrocco Method is here! 
Research shows that the average person loses anywhere from 40 to 120 strands of hair a day, depending on age, hair growth cycle, and hair amount. So if this describes your normal shedding pattern you're in the clear, if not there are a few things you should consider. The most important factor to think about is what is causing your hair loss? Without knowing the cause it can be very difficult to come up with a proper solution! There are many possible causes for hair loss. It is not merely a symptom of aging. The main reasons are: stress, hair products and styles, frequent use of synthetic products and chemicals (relaxed hair, chemically colored hair, etc.), hair being over processed, wearing to tight of ponytails and nutrient deficiencies. All of these factors can affect all ages so watch out! Once you have identified the cause of your hair loss it will be much easier to take steps towards the solution. Take care of your hair just as your take care of the rest of your body. Don't abuse it with harsh chemicals and styling and make sure it is getting all the nutrients it needs! Of course, if you are concerned about excessive hair loss it is always best to seek the advice of a medical professional, but until you do this is a very good place to start.
